Count Nefaria is back from the dead -- and he wants Iron Man! Ionic-powered heroes and villains are being "sucked dry," and the trail leads to the ionic-powered Count, who now needs a constant supply of the energy to survive (remember those great Avengers issues #164-166 where the Count first got his awesome powers?). This ish solves much of the "out-to-get-Stark" mysteries from the early volume 3 issues.
