Well put-together story about a dangerous mutant boy who has Proteus-like powers! The boy is snatched by the government and examined at Project: Pegasus...and guess who just happens to pop on by P:P as the boy's there? Yeah -- 'ol Shellhead! X-Factor gets involved (remember them?) on the boy's behalf, and IM joins 'em. The Guardsman makes an appearance, too!
