The final assault on Arul's forces is underway -- led by War Machine! International opinion is not really on Rhodes' side, however! Nevertheless, Rhodey makes his way to the dictator Arul -- but he is protected by SHIELD agents! Sheva Joseph "sees the light," however, and grants permission for the rebel leader to take Arul into custody. And right as that happens, Arul lifts up a gun....but WM is faster -- and guns Arul down! Meanwhile, Arul's mysterious assistant has Vincent Cetewayo at gunpoint -- and executes him! As WM arrives too late to stop this killing, he appallingly realizes that the assistant is not even human -- as he fades away!
