TOS #42 "Trapped by the Red Barbarian"

On a ship at an East Coast dock, criminals for the Red Barbarian, communist leader of a spy network, stole a bomb. When they take a look, Iron Man breaks out of the shell to catch them red handed. He uses his transistor to magnify a magnet and increases its attraction a hundred fold to capture the agents. Later Tony Stark presents his disintegrator ray to the U.S. Army. It vaporizes a tank and a 2 foot thick wall. Meanwhile in Asia, the Red Barbarian castigates his underlings for their failure to get to Stark's lab and inventions. Suddenly the great Soviet leader shows himself, which turns out to be the Actor who can disguise himself as anyone. A film star, a Senator, and then Stark himself as the Actor makes his way onto Stark's base and is led into the lab, while the real Tony Stark is called to a phony Pentagon meeting. The Actor escapes with the Disintegrator Ray plans and another secret when Tony comes back to the lab only to be ambushed by guns firing and bouncing off him as Iron Man captures the assassins. Iron Man borrows a rocket to reach the Actor in time and captures him in his own car. Iron Man goes to the Red Barbarian and claims to be the Actor, but the case has a time bomb and needs to await the release in 4 hours. Iron Man returns to the Actor and takes the plans and lets him go. The Actor goes to the Red Barbarian, and he doesn't believe him. The case is gone and the Actor is killed. Iron Man flies back home.
