TOS 48 "The Mysterious Mr. Doll!"

Tony Stark is in his office when he gets a rejection for the needed steel alloy. Tony heads off to meet him in person to reach a deal. He sees a costumed baddie outside the house and suits up as Iron Man. Mr. Doll has the person under his control in the tower. Iron Man tosses him around, but Mr. Doll creates an image of Iron Man and begins to squeeze. Iron Man releases him and in pain falls out the window into the water below. Tony slowly reaches the offices where he passes out as he begins his recharge of his chest plate. Tony lives and begins to create a lighter suit of armor while maintaining its strength. Meanwhile Mr. Carter signed over his entire fortune to Mr. Doll, and the police can't do a thing about it. The main parts have contained and separate batteries and thin components with flexible ductile iron. Iron Man in his new suit confronts Mr. Doll and then the pain from the doll is activated again, but this time Iron Man's smaller suit doesn't tax his body as much, and able to escape. He lowers his heart rate, which buys time to change the doll to look like Mr. Doll. He drops it, and Mr. Doll is hurt causing Iron Man to win the day!
