TOS 51 "The Sinister Scarecrow"

Iron Man sees a robbery at theatre where he follows toward a stage performance. One of the performers, a contortionist bowls over the criminal. Iron Man compliments the man and glad he is on the side of the law. The performer finds this new inspiration to become a criminal, stealing a scarecrow costume and two crows. They were part of an act. He takes the birds and retrains them to follow his movements. Meanwhile, Pepper lies to a famous lady telling her that Tony is away. She also lies to Tony that the woman never came by. Tony has Happy drive him home. He catches the Scarecrow in the act of robbing his home. Happy gets tossed aside as Iron Man makes an appearance. Iron Man confronts the Scarecrow, and Iron Man flies out the window thinking he's following the Scarecrow, who stays behind and steals Tony Stark's government plans in his safe. The Scarecrow then blackmails Tony Stark. Tony Stark brings a briefcase full of money. The crows take the briefcase. The Scarecrow meets Cuban military to hand over the government plans for sanctuary. Iron Man uses his magnets to retrieve the briefcase. He destroys the Cuban boat, but the Scarecrow is brought by his crows to Cuba. Tony heads back to the office, another time, maybe.
