TOS 52 "The Crimson Dynamo Strikes Again!"

Vanko the original Crimson Dynamo is working for Stark Industries working on a Laser Light. Tony Stark sees him and rescues him from the failed invention. Meanwhile in the Soviet Union, Boris and his sister Natasha (the Black Widow) are entreated to go to America and attack Vanko for being a traitor. Boris sneaks in the back and finds Vanko and captures him with an old invention that wraps him up. He takes Vanko away to a submarine and returns to the lab to put on the Crimson Dynamo suit and destroys the plant. Tony and Natasha arrive as Tony slips away. Iron Man appears to go into the burning plant. He finds the Crimson Dynamo and thinks it is Vanko. Then Boris attacks Iron Man and takes him to the submarine. Iron Man recharges and attacks the Crimson Dynamo. Natasha feigning helplessness as Boris attacks Iron Man. Iron Man wises up and sees they are working together. Vanko sacrifices his life to stop Boris in the Crimson Dynamo suit as Natasha escapes.
