TOS 56 "The Uncanny Unicorn!"

Iron Man is in the private lab of Tony Stark smashing it up in frustration as Tony has to wear the chest plate 24 hours a day. Pepper and Happy listen on as they hear the smashing and call in to the lab where they are told to mind their own business and get back to work. Tony Stark emerges and speaks harshly to Pepper and Happy asking for his black book and the Jaguar. The Avengers call Tony's factory looking for Iron Man. They are told he was sent on a long vacation. As Tony is on a date, the Unicorn attacks the Administration building of the factory. The Unicorn is throwing Happy around like a rag doll. The Unicorn adjusts his power horn. Tony is finally tracked down at a nightclub when he is told Pepper is captured and Happy is in intensive care. We find out that the Crimson Dynamo created the Unicorn's power horn before he defected to the West. Iron Man's invention of the black light tracer is placed in his chest piece, and he is able to track the Unicorn. Iron Man takes damage to his armor, but another invention he uses is the wrist reverser-ray hurling the Unicorn's force bolt back at him freeing Pepper. They both head to the factory where a time bomb has been planted. Iron Man attacks the Unicorn and is met with equal power at every turn. Finally, Iron Man gives up as long as the Unicorn stops the bomb. Iron Man agrees to get on a plane bound for Russia. While in the air, Iron Man destroys the jet. The Unicorn who can fly escapes but Happy recovers.
