TOS #65 "When Titans Clash!"

Tony Stark comes out and tells Pepper and Happy that he is leaving to go to his rocket factory and doesn't need them. He's leaving them so they can get together without him as he can't marry someone with his bad heart. Tony arrives at a missile test with the latest Stark designed transistor control module. The Mangler missile attaches to an enemy missile and nullifies it, guides it, destroys it, or brings it safely to the U.S. Meanwhile a stowaway gets into the factory back home and finds what Tony forgot to bring, his attaché case. The criminal, Weasel breaks into the case and begins to don the Iron Man armor. He walks out as Iron Man and goes and figures out all of its devices. The as Iron Man, he goes on a robbery binge with the papers saying Iron Man is a criminal. Tony gets wind of it and heads to the New York division to get his old Golden Armor. He suits up and begins to broadcast a message to Weasel Wills in the red and gold armor only he can hear. Tony Stark challenges Weasel to a fight. Weasel in the red and gold armor against the older golden armor. Tony gets the first shot in and traps Weasel, but the golden armor is no match for the red and gold armor. Weasel wraps Tony in a steal beam and begins to drop a ten ton casing on him. The powerful golden armor breaks free. They slug it out until Tony allows the new red and gold armor to run out of power. Weasel tries to recharge, but Tony had shut off the power in the factory. Tony in the golden armor holds the red and gold armor until it runs out of power and the police take Weasel away.
