Happy is back and Pepper welcomes him. Tony Stark comes in and welcomes Happy back. Pepper gives Tony a note from Morgan Stark, Tony's cousin. Then Tony goes and recharges his heart. Meanwhile, we cut away to Morgan Stark who is in financial trouble with Count Nefaria, who looks surprisingly well. He offers Morgan a deal to forgive his debt and even make him wealthy if he betrays his cousin, Tony Stark. Morgan comes from Europe to meet Tony Stark. Tony later heads to an evening party when he comes across a yellow glowing rocket ship sitting upright in the road. This was planned by the Count and Morgan is bringing it to pass. Iron Man uses a Geiger counter in his wrist gauntlet to measure no radiation and enters the rocket. He discovers it is remote controlled and encapsulates a thermonuclear device that is ticking away. Tony Stark contacts the bomb squad and when they arrive, they see nothing. Tony thinks he sees a space-man, but after hours of looking the police mock him and leave. Even Pepper and Happy think Tony needs a break. While Tony is in his office the press is outside, Tony calls them to see a flying space ship which vanishes. The press ridicules him. We see Morgan using the Count's Visio Projector. Tony is made out to be an unstable person as the Senator calls for Stark to lose all his government contracts. As Iron Man goes over the scene, this time real moon people attack him. Iron Man fights and they see Earthmen as super strong who can shoot electricity from their fingers. Then Morgan slips and shows up. They had a lot of trouble with one, then when a second shows up, they flee. Morgan confirms Tony's story and then people know the truth.
