TOS #75 "The Fury Of...The Freak!"

Iron Man chases Happy Hogan as the Freak and tries to keep him from destroying public areas. Iron Man begins to run out of power and collapses. The Freak hears Pepper's voice and begins to follow the sound. He reaches the office where Senator Byrd has a subpoena to reveal the identity of Iron Man talking to Pepper. The Freak enters and Byrd shields Pepper and takes a big hit. The Freak goes to Pepper, and she faints. He picks her up and heads to the window. The police shoot hoping to drive him back into the room away from the window, but he drops Pepper. Iron Man that was collapsed have had a small recharge from the rest. He uses his repulsor rays to slow Pepper's fall. He then heads to save the Senator. Iron Man gets the Freak in the path of the Enervator. Iron Man uses up all his power to double the power of the Enervator and stop the Freak as Iron Man collapses using up all his power.
