Iron Man is experiencing red hot feedback from his enervator device at full power while Happy Hogan as the Freak comes bearing down on him. Happy finally returns to normal as the rays hit him. Happy collapses and Iron Man quickly removes the hot armor. Tony tries to awaken his friend, Happy Hogan. Happy has amnesia not knowing who he is or who Tony Stark is. Senator Byrd and police break in. The Senator demands Tony testify who Iron Man really is, thinking Tony is just a party animal who cares nothing for his employees, too bad Pepper thinks the same. Tony goes with the Senator and police when their car is zapped away by living energy. Then we go to Red China where the army surrounds the Mandarin's fortress demanding that he help them. He flicks a button and rocks come reigning down on the army. The car reappears without Tony Stark who has been transported to the Mandarin. The Mandarin uses his rings to knock away the attaché case of Tony Stark out of a window. Then, the gigantic Ultimo emerges from a Volcano.
