Iron Man is thrown around like a play thing by Ultimo, the gigantic android creation of the Mandarin. Iron Man dodges and flies to the Volcano peak that Ultimo came out of. Iron Man tactically avoids strikes and then the Mandarin lights up the most intensive beams of the eyes of Ultimo, and as calculated, he hits the spot on the volcano that triggers an eruption. Iron Man barely escapes the blast as Ultimo is buried where he was born. Then Iron Man escapes to the temporary airstrip the Red army had set up to attack the Mandarin. He knocks out a few soldiers and takes the jet plane. Iron Man meets the American Air Force and notifies himself as a friendly on his priority Avengers frequency. Tony Stark returns to his factory to find it shut down. He sees a discarded Daily Bugle newspaper that reports he has lost all his funds, his factories, and has a warrant for his arrest.
