Namor, the Sub-Mariner comes and punches an exhausted and weakly powered and damaged Iron Man. Namor is not listening to reason, and Iron Man has no idea why he's the target of such fury. Although his damaged armor is taking most of the impact, Namor knocks Iron Man all around the factory. Iron Man begs Namor to not put him in the armored room. Namor knocks him into the room. Iron Man has tricked Namor into getting into a fortified room where he can quickly change out the damaged armor and replace the equipment with fully charged components. A flashback occurs explaining why Namor is attacking Iron Man as he was trying to get revenge on Krang. He saw Iron Man damage Krang's ship costing him his revenge on his foe. Namor begins to weaken out of the water and cannot get through the fortified door of Stark's factory. Iron Man is at full capacity and knocks down the door to find Namor has left. The police arrive at the loud destruction as does Pepper and Happy. The police confront Iron Man and Iron Man blames destruction on Sub-Mariner. Namor goes to the waters to replenish his power and the next issue will be in Tales to Astonish #82, the first comic crossover.

Namor, the Sub-Mariner comes out of the water and Iron Man has his new suit on and they go at it, leveling much of the factory and surrounding area. Namor uses some of Tony's untested technology and Iron Man destroys it before it destroys the surrounding community. It is pretty equal both giving huge blows and the police threaten to stop Namor. Namor turns on the humans. Iron Man stops him and holds him until he sees Krang's ship and goes after Krang and Lady Dorma. Iron Man flies off, and Tony Stark finally calls to appear before Senator Byrd's committee to testify.
