Titanium Man has Pepper in his paralyzer ray. The live wire, Iron Man used to free himself, he uses to free Pepper. Once freed, Iron Man tears into Titanium Man with a new fervor. Iron Man takes a saw/drill piece from his chest unit while Titanium Man is recharging his blast units. The diamond drill edge fails against the Titanium Man's new armor. TM grabs IM and begins to manually tear the armor off, but IM uses his jet blasts to escape. Iron Man takes the fight to TM and reaches his back helmet assembly and begins to use his own technology to make changes when he is suddenly knocked off. Then Titanium Man begins to spark, Iron Man had overloaded a circuit, and one more blow causes a sonic boom, which restores Happy Hogan's memories. Titanium Man escaped out to sea only to have his master's submerge the submarine before he could arrive as they see his second failure as too shameful to wait for him. Happy's memories return even that only he and Tony Stark know who the real Iron Man is.
