Tony Stark works on the Melter's new melting gun, while the Melter blasts at the old Gold Armor in the room as well as a concrete block with his current gun finding out that the current gun destroys anything not just things made out of iron. Tony finishes quickly as he doesn't want the Melter destroying anything else in the factory. Melter complains that it is still too big. Tony says it will take time to make another one smaller. Melter wants him to test it. He does. Then he takes the new gun and gives Stark the old gun and wants Tony to fire it. Tony realizes that it is rigged to finish him off if he does fire the gun that the Melter built in prison. Tony makes a small change and Melter starts firing the new melting gun at Tony, and he dodges it knowing the Melter is toying with him. The places is surrounded by police and several ladies who claim Stark as a boyfriend. They call out to the Melter who get ready to leave. Tony says to finish him off, and the Melter fires at Tony, the setting turned to flesh. He falls to the floor. His metal chest piece saving him. The Melter starts firing on the police melting guns and cars. Tony suits up in the golden armor and flies outside. The girders are being melted to destroy the police, but Iron Man saves them. He gets the Melter off balance, then takes several blasts as his armor is melting. But, then the Melter's gun heats up and becomes to hot to handle. Iron Man destroys the gun and apprehends the Melter for the police. Iron Man heads off.
