Jasper Sitwell pursues in his flying car; yet, a smokescreen causes him to lose them. They are taken up by a floating castle by Midas. Iron Man pursues and is attacked by the Jack of Hearts and Iron Man defeats him with saws in his gauntlets and is captured by Midas and Madame Masque. Midas is the one who bought the shares slowly over time to own Stark International.
