Iron Man is with Midas, he puts on an Exosuit in order to stand. He touches Iron Man and turns him to gold, then smashes him. Madame Masque wakes up. It was a dream. Madame Masque (Whitney Frost) and Iron Man (Tony Stark) talk to each other as they reveal their true identities. Jasper Sitwell who is in love with Whitney watches on and confronts her when Iron Man takes off to get his company back. Midas meets with a union leader who wants the union recognized. Midas says no and blasts the room to make his point. Midas begins renovations and adjusting and duplicating the Iron Man armor. Michael O'Brian thinks of becoming the Guardsman again to help Tony. Iron Man heads back to Madame Masque who his held up by Jasper Sitwell, who attacks Iron Man with his S.H.I.E.L.D. gear. They face off until Whitney stops it and explains how she fell in love with Iron Man.
