Iron Man is with Hank Pym as Yellow Jacket. He attempts to restore Iron Man's friends from the golden touch. Midas's brain was burnt out. And Abe Klein is dead, so only going on what information they have taking a risk. What's worse is the power source is the Enervator Ray that has turned his friends into a Freak in the past. Jack adds a boost to the machine, and it begins. Employees ask where Stark is, and Iron Man says he never left. They find a gold capsule and throw it. The ground frees the Growing Man, and he attacks and grows. He breaks in on the procedure. Iron Man goes to remove him and continues to grow with every hit. He grabs the Enervator. Iron Man knows Kang built him and seeks to reverse the power. He does and begins to drain the Growing Man. Iron Man channels the power to Pym's set up and restores his friends.
