Iron Man is sinking to the bottom of the sea. Rhodey and Beth get fired upon in their helicopter by ships surrounding an island. Rhodey is shot and Bethany has to bring down the copter into the sea. Iron Man is saved by the Sub Mariner and taken to the island, Hiram Dobbs Island. Rhodey and Bethany are helped only to find they are not military but Roxxon Oil. The island thought to have been a nuclear waste storage area is actually made up of Vibranium. Iron Man recharges his armor and joins Namor to find out what is going on. The ship fires on the two Avengers. Namor flies through it, and Iron Man shreds the steel deck plating. They attack the ships. The real Navy is coming. And, Roxxon Oil activates explosives on the island. Iron Man tows 5 ships out to sea. Namor rescues Hiram and the island explodes. The U.S. Navy comes to talk to Namor and Iron Man.
