The police show up and take Rhodey away. He tries to explain about the Hammer goons and Tony Stark being taken. They don't believe him. And Hammer has Stark delivered to him. Tony Stark is told about how Justin Hammer has been a hidden business rival and the Carnelian contract was granted after the gaunlet malfunctioned (caused by Justin Hammer's ultrasonic scan that bypassed the refractory coating on the IM armor). Tony breaks free and attempt to climb a wall, but they are out at sea on a huge house ship. Tony gets a guard to come in after he breaks the water and lamp and shocks the guard. He escapes to the lab where he finds his briefcase with the Iron Man armor while Justin excoriates his super villains that he hired for being failures. Dozens of super powered villains come out to stop Stark, but they find Iron Man and the armor controlling computer destroyed!
