Tony Stark opens and almost empty stock holders meeting with only Nick Fury present and announce their new management. Nick Fury hands over a list of munitions needed by S.H.I.E.L.D.. Tony is taking a 9 month vacation with time accrued and has 246 employee resignations. Plus most of the patents are privately owned by Tony Stark himself. Nick seeing he cannot get anything made, decides to work out a deal with Tony. After an hour, Nick is selling Jarvis's two stocks back and putting the bulk of the stock back on the market. Tony announces to the employees that they have to come back to work with cheers from them. Nick and Tony go out, and Nick gets a priority alpha alert. Iron Man follows the flying car. Someone has broken into Project 13's building. It houses a doomsday device. The Dreadnought attacks. Nick is knocked out. Iron Man shows up. This Dreadnought knows nothing of Hydra but was sent by the Director. IM takes heat and cold and escapes. He catches IM and electrocutes him, but Tony absorbs the electricity and sends it back at him, overloading him, blowing the robot up.
