Tony and Bethany are driving and have time to talk. She helped him get free of the bottle. But, they stop and people are running. The Hulk is up ahead eating fruit from an overturned truck. Beth goes to call the Avengers, and Tony finds an abandoned van to change. The National Guard arrive in helicopters but are doused with milk from a truck the Hulk squeezes. Iron Man shows up and gets pummeled away. The police fire a blast at the Hulk, and he moves. The blast hits support structure for the highway. A kid yells for help, and the Hulk saves the van and the child. The kid comes out and begins to play with the Hulk. As he plays, the Hulk changes back to Banner. They both get some sleep. In the morning, Bruce and Tony talk. They design a device that will regulate Bruce's heart to keep him from changing into the Hulk. Scott Lang stops by to help out. Dr. Erica Sondheim performs the critical focus laser surgery. After the implant is in, a few weeks later they try some tests. He doesn't change to the Hulk, tests passed. But, Bruce hears a buzzing. The police show up to take Bruce Banner in and one throws a grenade. Iron Man blasts it short of Bruce who began to run. Out of the smoke comes a muscled Bruce Banner saying Hulk will Smash!
