Tony has the armor on but not the helmet. And, Madame Masque has a gun on Bethany Cabe with two Dreadnoughts behind her. Tony asks why. She once loved Tony Stark but had to choose her father's life which brought her back in to the life of the Maggia. She is the Director now. The Spymaster brought Bethany Cabe and the armor to Whitney. Suddenly Rhodey breaks through the door with a forklift. Which gives Tony time to put the helmet on and rescue Bethany. The Dreadnoughts attack James Rhodes as he flees. Iron Man gets an away Beth to safety to fly out on a copter, while he goes back in to help Rhodey. She says yes, but has a score to settle. Iron Man attacks the Dreadnoughs and saves Rhodey. Rhodey goes after the stolen invention and runs into Spymaster who gets away by copter. Rhodey follows and gets the Spymaster's chopper to crash into the sea. Iron Man defeats the Dreadnoughts. Beth and Whitney talk and Bethany gets the drop on her and escapes.
