Iron Man is flying over the city when a laser blast hits a building, and the ruble is about to kill dozens of people below. Iron Man sets up a magnetic barrier to save them. IM can't find the culprit, so Tony Stark keeps his appointment at the horse race. He is trying to get his mind off of Beth. He wins but doesn't hear it and tears up the ticket and leaves. Iron Man is summoned and the unicorn is riding a stolen sky cycle from Stark International. He has dock workers in a net flying over the city. Iron Man frees them into the sea and then rescues them from drowning. The unicorns slams the cycle into Iron Man and then crashes. Then blasts Iron Man into the rubble. Iron Man breaks through. The beam is too strong. Iron Man rips part of his building and rams the Unicorn. A freighter ship begins to fall on the dock workers. Iron Man prevents it's fall draining all of his energy. They get free, and he lets it fall. The Unicorn is told about the Titanium Man being deported to Russia. He begins to walk into the ocean and disappears.
