Scott Lang finds the Mauler suit (Mobile Armored Utility Laser Emitter, Revised). Scott begins to call Stark but is knocked out by a red bearded man who takes the suit. Tony's V.P. tells him the Cord Conglomerate holdings when through. The Mauler attacks, and Iron Man confronts him. The Mauler escapes. Bren Doyle, the red headed man talks to Mr. Cord. Rhodey and Bren were partners, and Rhodey saved his life their last mission. He forces Rhodey to go to Stark International and try to erase a tape for Edwin Cord. Iron Man attacks the Mauler. Scott and Rhodey send copies of the tape to all S.I. branches around the world. The Mauler decides to spare Rhodey's life and pay a debt. He then takes off.
