Tony is walking the streets, drunk. He is looking for Gretl. He can't find her, so he sales his outer coat for $10. Instead of a hotel for $5/night, Tony goes to the liquor store. He buys the best for $10 and drinks in the snow store ready to die. Then Gretl finds him. She's having her baby now. He gets her out of the wind in a walk way. Tony offers her a drink, but she refuses because of the baby. Tony drinks and the baby comes. Tony delivers the baby, and Gretl dies. He covers the baby with his suit coat. Police find them and get them to a hospital. Tony is in bad shape 50/50 chance to live, but the baby is doing good. Mom is dead. Iron Man (Rhodey) got back from Secret Wars and checks on Tony at the hospital. Tony realizes that life is precious, even his. A week later, Tony gets out of the hospital.
