Tony takes his first assignment from Bistro Electronics and asks for payment in parts instead of money. Tony thinks his recalibrated the helmet to work with Rhodey's brain patterns, but when he tries it, the headaches are even worse. Rhodey doesn't say anything but thinks Tony lied to him. He begins to hate Tony Stark! Two new bad guys find the Brothers' Grimm suits. Cly brings in a contract to complete a video game by next month. Tony writes out the solution in 5 minutes. Cly has to sit down. Cly comes up with the name of the new company, Circuits Maximus. The new Brothers Grimm go to the Pines restaurant where Tony, Cly, Morley, and Rhodey are celebrating their new start up. Rhodey suits up in a broom closet, but the brothers make a fool of him and get away. Tony overhears use their real names and calls the police to pick them up. Rhodey is steaming mad.
