Dr. Jose Santini repairs Tony Stark's injured heart with synthetic tissue. When he gets out of the hospital, Madame Masque attacks and brings Tony Stark to Midas! While in a dungeon, Tony talks to Madame Masque, and she reveals herself to be Whitney Frost! Tony Stark wants to look at her face and shows her compassion. They then try and escape, but Midas catches them. Tony Stark reveals he is Iron Man and suits up and fights Midas to almost losing when his is able to overturn Midas's chair/throne. He cannot get up and Iron Man and Whitney escape!
