Goliath is in an Adamantium prison and cannot get out when Hawkeye and Mockingbird come feed him hundreds/thousands of burgers as he is in his giant state. Goliath's lawyer shows up saying that he is to be freed. Meanwhile someone is clipping the wires to the Space Shuttle that Rhodey will be flying into space later that day. Goliath is let go and taken into custody by police, which he just grows and begins his rampage. Iron Man stops by to help fight him. Meanwhile, Rhodey is piloting the shuttle into space when stabilizers fail and begins burning up in the atmosphere, and he calls Iron Man. Iron Man puts the West Coast Avengers in the Adamantium cell and rescues Rhodey. Then, comes and finishes off Goliath.
