On the Space Station, Iron Man is dazed by a light and power surge. He heads back to the station where Rhodey and Clytemnestra and remembers that light as the Living Laser. Meanwhile, Bethany searches for her husband and dispatches some ruffians. She finds him in a withdrawal state and he runs away. The Living Laser finds a drunk in the alley and cannot maintain his tangibility and gets scared. Beth finds her husband passed out and not breathing and she gives him CPR. The Living Laser and Iron Man happen upon one another and fight. Rhodey shows up in the classic armor to help. Iron Man gets two mirrors and has Rhodey help him capture the Living Laser in a mirrored giant ball.
Bethany buries her husband and goes after the drug people that killed her husband but brings the police to make sure they go to jail for life.
