A battle rages with Dominic Fortune high above the LA Opera House. He wants answers. He beats all the men dressed as barbarians and flees. His father was murdered, and he is carrying on his dad's legacy. He meets with Cly and she tries to stop him. He refuses, so she goes and tells Iron Man. Iron Man confronts him. They depart but Iron Man follows him in camo mode. Dominic gets captured but finds his father still alive. They fight together and Iron Man helps. They get drained of power until Cly disables the control booth. Jerry, the son takes a shot for his dad and dies. Cly decides to stay with Tony and Rhodey.
