"Stark Wars" chapter 2! (By the way, it is called Stark Wars, not Armor Wars, but "Armor Wars" sounds much better, eh?) IM suckers the Raiders (last seen in IM #145) so he can neutralize their armor with disabling "negator" packs! Next, Shellhead is after Stingray! However, SR is a government agent! Nevetheless, IM takes him on, slaps on the negator pack, and....no effect! Stingray's armor does not have Stark technology! Oh oh, Tony.....!!
