Tony hands over Pierce's "file" to Nick Fury, and "agrees" to assist S.H.I.E.L.D. in an operation to bring the rogue IM in! Tony cleverly sets Fury up, and in the process zaps the Mandroids who were equipped with Stark's stolen technology!
