Iron Man has been intangible by the Ghost! How in the heck will he get out of this one? Later, IM teams up with Hammer's minions (Blacklash, Boomerang and Blizzard) to nab the Ghost; however, when they appear to be successful, the nasty trio turns on Shellhead and Rhodey! Other notes: Kathy Dare begins to really tick Tony off, and the ending of this ish leaves wide open a return possibility for the Ghost!
