He even buys the company which manufactures the special "biochips" when some doctors have some reservations about using them on humans! Also, the trial of Kathy Dare begins -- and ends! Great last splash page -- but you'd better enjoy it while it lasts, Tony ('cause you have only about 10 issues in which to enjoy it...!)
