Fan Reaction: I remember the Iron Man comic books #59-60. "Cry Marauder" is an excellent comic book storyline when Iron Man battles The Masked Marauder. The wisecracks made by the Iron Man to Masked Marauder when he defeats Steele after Steele give Iron Man a whiff of tear gas and puts on a gadget on Iron Man's armor to render him helpless and Iron Man uses his wits to overcome his helpless condition and defeat Steele. Marauder puts the fear into Iron Man who has to tone down his fight with Masked Marauder to avoid innocent bystanders from getting hit with stray bullets from Masked Marauder's "pop toy gun" as Iron Man called Marauder laser gun. Marauder is either a great talker when Iron Man thinks he's defeated Marauder and Marauder thinks takes out Iron Man with the opti blast and then kayos Iron Man with his laser gun and takes Iron Man prisoner. I agree the sequel was lame but Iron Man's brains to overcome the second temporal blindness uses his knowledge of his armor saved him. Food for thought in the Daredevil comic "None Are So Blind" the security guards who are blinded by the Masked Marauder do not pass out but in Iron Man #59 the security guard at Stark Industries does get knocked out by the optical blast by Marauder. Go figure.
