The "War of the Super-Villains" continues with MODOK vs. The Mad Thinker -- with IM caught in the middle! Interesting touch with how MODOK has a huge, modified robotic body, but the art in this ish is absolutely pathetic! It's so bad, it drags down the usually good Friedrich's script to a lone 'pulsor!
