Iron Man carries off the Controller to Stark International where he enlists Abe Klein's help. The Vibro-Resonator is finished. Iron Man asks that the fiber-plastic vat be warmed up to trap the Controller until a more permanent solution is found. He puts a helmet on him and dumps him into the vat of especially strong plastic. The Scrounger starts putting on Control discs to unsuspecting people. This gives new power to the Controller who breaks free. Iron Man takes the fight to the air. Then, a Blood Brother escapes and attacks Iron Man also. One last disc, Iron Man steals and places it on the Blood Brother and overloads it, then the Controllers exo suit burns out. The Blood Brother is retained and the Controller gets away.
