Tony Stark's first round of healing therapy -- at the Basel Stress Clinic! Wait...."Basel??" Hmm.... We find out that the Iron Man armor's energy fields are inhibiting Tony's healing....and even damaging his healthy tissues. Rumiko Fujikawa reappears, and Tony fiddles with a remote armor. Oh yeah -- the Controller is the nasty behind the stress clinic...as if you couldn't tell! Double-sized issue.
