The Power drug is giving everyone superpowers. Rumiko is a brick monster who is telling Iron Man how she feels about him as she is ready to smash him.  Iron Man fights her and discovers she has Absorbing Man's powers. The drug dealer Power escapes as Iron Man tries to protect/fight Rumiko. Everyone has powers. Suddenly, it wears off for Rumiko. Iron Man rescues the flyers as they begin to fall. Iron Man confronts Powers and he attacks Iron Man with all the power vials he took himself, all except the telepaths. So, Iron Man gives him those, too. This stops him, stops them both as they fall to the earth. Iron Man screams what did you do to me?
