Team affiliation: A loner when she was a jewel thief, Felicia reformed somewhat when she dated Spiderman. They shared many adventures and broke up twice (Spectacular Spider-Man 100 and for good in Spectacular Spider-Man 129). Nowadays, Felicia works alone, although she often teams with Spidey and was one of a massive team of super heroes during the Maximum Carnage storyline. (That awful costume she wore during M.C., though--shudder )
Powers: Currently, Felicia has no superpowers. As a result of a deal with the Kingpin, she for a time possessed a sporadic "bad luck" ability.
Favorite story line: Amazing Spider-Man 204-205. It contains a nice plot twist revealed in Amazing Spider-Man 226, but I'm not going to spoil it for you!
Least favorite story line: Her involvement with the Foreigner (Spectacular Spider-Man 117-129). Felicia has been ditzy, but consorting with someone she knows is a murderer? And not preventing him from murdering while they were together? Uh-huh.
