Featuring the following heroine!

Domino

AKA: Sinister called her "Beatrice" in Cable 6. How Sinister knows these things is anybody's guess!

First appearance: We thought we met her in New Mutants 98; as it happened, that was the mutant shapeshifter Copycat giving the performance of a lifetime. Domino's true debut came on the last page in X-Force 11.

Favorite quote: "Yeah, that's what my husband used to say, too!" (X-Force 36, when the sentinel Nimrod complains it can't understand any of Domino's wisecracks).

Team affiliation: Domino has been a member of the mercenary Six-Pack squad and the renegade mutant team X-Force. She is romantically involved with Cable, although she can't seem to stop talking about her ex-husband, Milo, who was killed during her three part mini-series.

Powers: Basically, Domino possesses a kind of good-luck power; things just fall into place for her. A rather vague sort of mutancy, as mutancy goes. It didn't prevent Copycat and Tolliver from stealing a year of her life, and she needed the more powerfully lucky Longshot to prevent a messy, career-ending plane crash. Her superb hand-to-hand combat skills and mastery of weaponry are far more reliable in a pinch.

Favorite storyline: Domino shone in X-Force 35-36, where she had to hold off the ultimate Sentinel, Nimrod, using only her wits and a really, really big handgun, quipping all the way.

Least favorite storyline: Cable 24, where Domino was forced to kill long time friend Grizzly. Sure, Grizz was a rip-off of a dozen other huge fuzzy guys with major mad-ons, but he still deserved better...
