This is set during the time of Iron Man Vol. 3 about issue 50. This starts out with Stark technology and pieces of his armors creating a Civil War. Despite the U.S. government wanting him to stay out of it. Tony believes it is his responsibility to stop the use of his armor and technology being used for violence. He uncovers an old enemy to be behind the scenes manipulating things. Dr. Doom plays a role in this. This also gets China involved and Russia and their champions in Radioactive Man, Titanium Man, and Crimson Dynamo. This comes to a head when Dr. Doom sends his Iron Men Doombots in to invade. Iron Man, the Chinease, and Russians all fight back. This leads Tony to making an Iron Legion. The next story arc goes back to a time when Tony Stark lost his company to Obadiah Stane. He was homeless in Los Angeles and the people of the neighborhood helped Tony Stark. Tony remembers and starts another company called Imperio. The Pride (Criminals in Los Angeles is frustrating his efforts. And, when Tony finds out he calls in the Illuminati to help out.
