The Protectors were a group of people, aliens from a far away galaxy who represented different planets that were often at war. The people of the planets in a attempt at lasting peace voted to elect representatives of their planet that would fight in contests that would replace the wars.
The Protector - was Micah Tobias (name means Who is like the Good God) who represented the planet Gabriel. - He invented the technology that gave each their power. His power comes from his Power Watch that creates transparent devices from armor to wings, to blasters.
Lady Force - was Issa Adir (name means Woman of Good) who represented the planet Aurora.
- Her power comes from her belt. She takes the forces of nature and manifests them into flight and energy manipulation.
All-Star Man - was Josiah Aman (name means God is Steadfast) who represented the planet Acco. - His power comes from his helmet. His helmet helps bolster his speed, strength, flight, and star blasts.
Doctor Voda - was Wade Voda (name means Walk through the Sea) who represented the planet Eldoris. - His power comes from his gauntlets. They enhance his strength and allows him to generate water like constructs and force fields.
Lord Titan - was Ben Entimos (name means Man of Honor) who represented the planet Titus.
- His power comes from his symbol on his chest. It enables his vast strength and manipulation of his body structure to be flexible like rubber to strong as Aziel (the strongest material known in the galaxy).
These competed to be the best on their planet and be chosen to have special powers to compete and fight enemies of their world as well as against the other planets when disputes arose.
When one day, a charming person, Moros Jabez who became a champion of a minor planet, Devos, offered to substitute in a contest where Micah was feeling under the weather. And, it began a time of several substitutions that granted him all of our powers, subverting the process that we had set up to prevent something like this from happening. Little did we know, he had plotted this all along. And, then, behind our backs, he had grown in popularity and in power on all of our planets. Finally, reaching a point where he ambushed us individually and covertly. He then published our defeats as he framed us a criminals. His armies overtook our individual planets. When he broadcast to our worlds that we were criminals and traitors, he had us exiled. Then he became known as Dr. Moros (hate personified).
We came together as a group on a small hidden planet that was unknown to Dr. Moros and his legion of Mots (robots that execute his will). We remembered our ways and took our time stopping evil on each of our planets. When a larger problem occurred, we banded together as the Protectors to stand up to Dr. Moros and his evil Mots where ever we are needed!
