TOS 39 through 48 are from Marvel's Comic Book Library Vol. 1 - CD ROM, 51 - 58 are from Marvel Masterworks, Vol. 45. 59-68 are from the CD-ROM (Cap. America's 1st ten issues). The rest of the Iron Man covers are from my own individual issues or Iron Man: The Complete Collection of comics on DVD up through 2000 or from where I can find a copy.
The Avenger first ten issues are from the CD-ROM as well.
During Vol 4, the Inevitable came out in 2006. The Invincible Iron Man Vol 1 came out in 2008. During it, Iron Man: Iron Protocols One Shot come out in 2009, then The Iron Age came out in 2011. Iron Man Vol 5 continued after.
